    I finished this puzzle with 3 duplicate extra pieces and one missing piece. Very frustrating. I contacted Buffalo Puzzles and they said I could choose a replacement puzzle by going to their website. I followed all directions they gave me and all I got to was “replace missing pieces.” Disappointed in this one , although I love the quality of every other Wysocki puzzles I have completed. I guess I’ll chalk it up to one bad apple.

    I love Charles Wysocki puzzles. I purchased TWAS The Twilight Before Christmas as a Christmas gift for my neighbor, and we were so disappointed that the puzzle was missing three pieces. Unfortunately, it was purchased well before the holiday so I was unable to return the puzzle.

    Buffalo Games and Charles Wysocki are the perfect combo for a jigsaw puzzle. This was a fun, relaxing and overall pleasurable puzzle to work. All the pieces were included and none were damaged. Seasonal puzzles are always uplifting to do.
