Greater than one weekThis very detailed, complex puzzle from Buffalo Games, where the buoys are , appeared to have two missing pieces and two extraneous pieces. I contacted Customer Support via email and received a response within 5 minutes indicating they could sent a replacement puzzle. Next day I received another email asking that I send a picture of the problem area so they could troubleshoot what went wrong. I sent them a picture and within 10 minutes received a response containing this picture. Message said to move the outlined piece and all would fall together. Sure enough I could now complete the puzzle. With customer service like this, we will be buying more Buffalo Games puzzles in the future.

> 3 dayEvery Wysocki designed puzzle produced by Buffalo Games has never failed to satisfy. I’ve put together quite a few of these, with no complaints, ever, about quality. I’ve always been an admirer of Charles Wysocki’s work, so the images are a pleasure to piece together, anticipating that completed puzzle. I share these with friends and family, so they get a lot of use.

> 3 dayI am an avid dissectologist, as is my wife and I am a huge Charles Wysocki fan. Of all of his art and therein puzzles crafted from his art, this one struck me as being a little different from his regular style/ subject matter, which was what drew me to it. I love depictions of sailing and the sea as well as the era he generally depicts. The pieces are the standard 1000 size from Buffalo games and the cut quality is fine (we find around 2-3 slightly damaged pieces per puzzle but they fit fine). We do 1-2 puzzles a week to wind down for the night and find them relaxing assuming they do not have an excess of sky.
