The stores are not carrying these bulbs any more. The cost on Amazon is so much less that what I paid in local stores. We use them in sconces and small chandeliers so Im glad to still find them at such a great price and free shipping.

Surprise! I replaced one burned out bulb in a candelabra only to find that it is significantly less bright than the ones I have been using from the home center. Hard to tell in the photo, but it is also much more yellow than the others. You do get what you pay for.

I have specific window candle lights that require a narrow bulb just above the metal screw plate. I was afraid they werent being made any longer and almost gave up until I found these. They are perfect and a great price. I just started using them over the holidays and dont know how long they will last but Im very optimistic in that regard.
