I am blown away. My beard eats razor blades for dinner. My high end Gillette blades would last one or two trims and I have a beard... I am in love with the weight of the razor!! This is the best I have ever used. Thank you for making this!!

Close shave and long lasting

After somewhere between probably 50 and 100 shaves from whatever plastic Bic or similar razor was lying around, I figured it was time to try a real razor again and liked the bamboo handle. Its fine for shower shaving, with one more blade than the last one (cant wait for 50-blade shavers), and its sharp new blades provided a faster shave. Last night, after completing a really close shave, putting down the razor led to the surprise that my absent minded reach had been for the old razor, which had been sitting closer on the shelf ledge. That led to the conclusion that shaving quality is in the wrist; as long as the blades not rusty, any decent razor will do the job on a face with average-sensitivity skin (which is still really soft the morning after - a few outer layers certainly get sheared during serious shaves). So this gets three stars, plus one for the bamboo.

I have tried (purposely) so many different razors over the years just to see which brand/price was best. I shave my head and clean up my beard twice a week. Bulldog razors are the best bang for your buck. I can get a good 5-6 shaves from one razor and thats shaving my whole head and my neck/cheeks around my beard. I will not use another brand as long as Bulldog keeps making these razors.

The glass handle is amazing, the sensitive blades are not. Made me bleed multiple times and does not shave as deep as the steel blades (this is probably intentional since this is for sensitive skin). Would not buy these again, would rather have the standard steel blades as they did not cause the same amount of skin irritation. Will still buy from bulldog, my problem is with this specific product. Weird that I couldn’t find another review like mine.

Love the bamboo handle and the steel blades but the lubrication strip swells up from water and gets gooey after only 1 or 2 shaves.

Ive never used a razor that didnt let hair clump, also the shaving cream is really unique, and the after shave is well worth the price

What it’s suppose to be every time

The blades work as well as the razor.
