This product revolutionizes the application of ointments in diaper rash. I’ve used a few different brands of “bum spatulas” and this is the best. The travel size is also my favorite.

The longer version is too flimsy, harder to scoop up Desitin. This one is stiffer and can scoop up thicker creams.

Super helpful to have this product in travel size. Doesn’t take up much room in the baby’s bag of necessities. It’s perfect!

Big saver of time and effort. My son likes to squirm and roll around while getting a diaper change and it gets tricky holding him steady and getting some protection or ointment on his backside. Fortunately, I have had one of these little gems since before he was born and have always been able to get him taken care of quickly and with one hand. Have it loaded up with your preferred butt-paste before you drop the diapers. Clean it off with a CLEAN baby wipe.

This little spatula is great! It is very soft and flexible, and it does a great job of spreading ointment. It is also super easy to wipe clean, and I like that it has the suction cup on the end which keeps it standing upright while I finish the diaper change before cleaning it. We use his to scoop out and apply cream from a 1 lb tub of A&D ointment. It does a great job of keeping grimy fingers out of the cream, making everything much more sanitary. I got the mini brush because it came with the storage case and was cheaper than the full-size brush, and it dont really see why anyone would need the bigger one. This one gets the job done and, thanks to the case, is more sanitary in my opinion.
