I started baby led weaning at 6 months with my baby and this helps protect the neck and chest area. It wont keep your baby from being messy though. If you want a mess free baby then youll need to look into a baby apron or long sleeve bib. I usually just take the shirt off. The bib is easy to clean right after eating. I thought the red sauce from pasta stained it since I didnt clean it right away but I just soaked it in some warm water with dawn soap and the stain was gone! The teething crackers was dried and stuck in the bib since I forgot to clean it but I just rinse/soaked it and everything came off. The Velcro is easy to put on but my baby is now strong enough to yank it off. But he usually keeps it on until hes done eating. When he yanks at the bib after his food is gone that usually means hes done eating anyways. If you use a bib early on then baby wont hate it. Baby can and will try to eat what does fall into the pocket which works sometimes. It does pretty well catching water when baby drinks. But baby will yank the bib and what ever is in the pocket will spill. Cute design if you like Mario stuff. I wish there were more Mario options or more neutral colored options. It comes with 2 bibs, but wished it had 3. Great gift idea. I bought the black and white mickey mouse for my sister and it comes with 3 bibs for that design. Recommend if you want something light, portable, easy to clean.

These are really nice bibs that keep the baby boy clean when hes eating. The hook and loop stays attached well enough that he can give it a few tugs without it coming off. They are easy to wipe clean and can be machine washed (we air dry them). The crumb-catching pocket is nice and, unlike those silicone, molded bibs, is not so noticeable to him that he wants to just play with it. At 8 months old, these give him pretty full coverage and so seem like they would work for a baby up to 24 months. The patterns are cute (I got the dinosaur). The colors are nice and the bibs seem well made. They have not faded or have any worn seams after several washings.

These are awesome! They stay in place, wipe clean, and catch any droppings in the front pocket. Highly recommend!

I wouldnt say these are absorbent because they have more of a slick feel to the but these are absolutely the easiest bibs to clean all i have to do is wash them under the sink and all the mess on them gets washed off. It catches any food she drops and keeps her all clean so I dont have to change her out of her nice outfits anymore before eating she can eat in any outfit with these.

These bibs are great. The review had me rate them for absorbency and softness, which is kind of dumb because they are made of a waterproof material so they aren’t designed to be either. These are for babies & toddler eating table food and they are my favorite. Super easy to clean in the sink after eating and machine washable, too.
