These burlap bags are superbly made. The hearts are glued on one side of each bag. There are 20 white and 20 tan colored satchels. These are perfect for party gifts like jewelry, wrapped candy, nuts, a collection of spices (see photo), a variety of K-cups, etc. There are just so many uses. Each bag 5 x 7 bag has a usable space of about 5 x 5 or 5 x 4 depending on the thickness of the item enclosed. The current price of $22.99 is close to $.58 cents per bag but these are high quality.

These are such adorable little pouches and you get so many of them. I love that you get both the beige and white ones, 20 of each. They are burlap and the little heart adds such cute detail to them. The hearts are not just printed onto the bags, they are actually separate pieces of heart-shaped burlap adhered to the front of each bag.
