Used recently for long trip. Seems durable and traveled well. It’s easy to spot on the luggage Carousel. After the trip I noticed a zipper pouch on the inside seam, this contained a laundry bad.

Cutiest suitcase ever! Rolls like a dream.

It was time to buy new luggage and after targeted ads o line it looked like Away was the new must-have luggage brand around. I loved their aesthetic but not the price tag. That brought me to Bric’s which I absolutely love! It’s lightweight with good styling but still study enough to stand up to all the travel I do.

I love this bag I wish I could keep it!!! However, the biggest oversight EVER is making me have to return this. There is no side handle on the luggage!! Im so disappointed I didnt notice before purchasing but almost every other luggage naturally has a side handle. The case is large but perfect for a carry-on. But its big and slippery enough that when its full (which it will be when traveling) and heavy it is NOT SAFE to be trying to put that in an overhead bin. THERES NOTHING TO GRAB ON TO AT ALL. Disappointed, who the hell tests these products. for almost $200, huge oversight. I have to pay $12 to return to UPS and print my own label.

I loved how easy it is to maneuver and how well the zipper glides. And it’s holding really well during travel

It cracked on the 2nd use. Both times were carry-on for short domestic flights with very light packing. Theres 2 cracks / holes toward the bottom of the suitcase on the other side the handle assembly. The product is extremely fragile or just bad QA, given the very light use. Spoke to Bric and they wont refund or fix. Bric sent me to a local repair shop that also wont cover unless Bric says its covered. Waste of time and money for such an expensive suitcase.

Excellent Product

Had a luggage emergency in Milan. Bought one of these in a department store and I love it . The construction is solid and flexible. Plan to add other pieces.
