One if these at a local GNC or pharmacy is around $59.99 for a 30 servings bucket so this has to be a awesome deal of a lifetime you can either get 60 servings for around $120.00 or get a 60 servings here for $40.00-$50.00 if you need c4 I highly recommend getting it here not a a pharmacy where they rip you off

That is the starting mark of one hell of a work out! It takes about 15 minutes to kick in for me. If youre sensitive to caffeine, it has a caffeine content of about 2+ cups of coffee so be careful. Watermelon flavor tastes like Jolly Rancher juice. Get it! Disclaimer: This wont make you stronger, but give you a more sustained work out. Over time, your body will get used to it, and will want more in order to work the same way it did the first couple of times you try it, so its very important to cycle it. (dont take this everyday)

> 24 hourNever used a pre workout supplement before this and I heard a lot of good things about this one. I thought Its a good idea to give it a try and boy- it was worth it! Im not a caffeine drinker at all, so I take this about 20-30 minutes before a pre workout. It gives me the tingles a little bit since I take 2 scoops (big guy, 64 & 275 lbs) but it really DOES make a difference in the weight room. I have more energy, and it helps me lift heavier weights. Two main tips with it: 1. Make sure to drink plenty of water after taking this! It contains Creatine which improves blood flow to your vessels but at the same time needs more water in your body. Failure to hydrate can cause kidney stones, in extreme cases. So make sure to drink water throughout the workout, before, and after. 2. Start with 1 scoop and see how you feel. Then go up to 1.5 or 2 if needed, but dont go over 2. If you are a coffee drinker, you are likely to build a tolerance for this pretty quickly. so watch out. They do have a more advanced version for this (black tub). Overall, a good pre workout for everyone! Looking into getting the Ripped version that targets fat burn as well once my tub is empty.

> 24 hourGreat product that I have used for about 2 years. The label says take one scoop . . . .LOL! I take three or four scoops to work on me. I have a high tolerance to any type of drug and they usually do not work well on big guys like me. They also make an Extreme stronger version that acts quicker. Take this C4 powder about 30 minutes before you hit the weights. You will start to feel the great tingle and get revved up for your lifting. The only problem is that if you work out as long and as hard as I do (Im a hard gainer), this energy burst the C4 gives you gets used up in about an hour. I usually work out at least 2.5 hours a day.

> 24 hourI have used this stuff for about 3 years and it is the best thing I have found for a preworkout boost. It does make my skin tingle but that is the only side effects I have had. I do drink strong coffee twice a day, so if someone isn’t use to caffeine they might have other effects. However, they are temporary and nothing unbearable.

> 24 hourAlways works reliably. You may want to stick to just a caffeine / niacin mix if youre worried about all the fillers in this one but I like it. Ill probably switch to something simpler like a self mixed caffeine / niacin supplement mix in caps because this stuff is kinda pricey. This is how supplement companies hook you, making you think you need this to get a good focus and pump in. You actually are just paying for an illusion the main focus/energy is from caffeine and the pump and increased blood to the muscle is from niacin which opens up your capillaries. This works, and works amazing, but its a lot more expensive than if you just cut out the marketing and filler and just supplemented caffeine and niacin.
