We bought these primarily to protect our two very young grandchildren from dangerous or breakable material stored in cabinets they can reach. They have survived the 15 month olds attempts so far. We will have to watch her with them closely as she gets older. She is very strong, smart, and very determined. Were hoping these will work since the strength required is in the fingers, and the lock takes coordination to release and open. Hopefully theyll work until she can be taught to understand and obey safety rules.

They work. My three year old twins have yet to break into any of my closets. Price is great.

These were a great purchase for putting us at ease of mind with a little one running around the house. The fact that we got 8 of these at a reasonable price gave us a few extras to put on other cabinets that we didnt originally intend to use them on.

This is a great child lock. I use it on my cabinets for my cats. They know how to open the cabinets. They are very smart. If I didnt use them, everything would be all over the floors. Cats are very smart. They watch everything you do

I loved the cabinet locks i bought they are very easy to install and kids cannot open them. I have a baby gate for my kitchen for my 1 year old but there are times when she still gets through and we keep cleaning products and bleach under the sink. That cabinet was always the first one she would run to. Now i can be at ease knowing she cannot get into the cleaning products and that she is safe. It even works for my 7 year old so its a good feeling knowing they are both locked out of harmful products. These are a great product that are reasonably priced. I got them right away and even got emails from the company making sure everything was ok. I told them how much i loved their products and few days later another package showed up and they sent me more safety products for free. This is a great company with great products. A small business that really cares about their customers and safety of kids.

My son could pull hard enough and pop them right off the cabinet knobs, and over the course of a couple weeks some of the clips cracked. I would say its very cheap material there are better more sturdy options out there

My grandchild just learned to walk and is extremely curious about everything. He and his parents were due to visit and stay for a couple of weeks when I realized that I had not baby-proofed the house. I looked through a list of products and decided to try a Skyla product. After I received it, I was very impressed by the design of the cabinet child locks. It was truly designed with the child and the adults in mind. it was very simple to align and install. My grandson was not able to access the cabinets and it was a simple process for us to unlock them when needed. Perhaps the most convenient feature that other child-lock products did not have is one that have adults in mind. After the grandchild visit, I am able to turn off the locks. There is a small lever that disables the lock, returning the cabinets to regular adult use without having to uninstall the locks. I truly appreciate this feature as, unlike other child-locks, it allows us get back to normal without the hassle of having to unlock a cabinet for periods when there are no children in the house. It is a very intelligent product, definitely designed by people who are also parents.

Very easy to use, but there is no way a child would be able to get them off...Im happy to know they will keep my 2 year old grandson out of cabinets, etc. & keep him safe. I ended up putting 2 together to fit on a double door & it works perfect. Definitely a great buy!

My grandson was always getting into the cabinets. These locks are great and easy to use and install. No sticky substance to possibly mar the cabinets. My cabinets are older so I needed the larger ones because my cabinet doors do not meet - there is a 3 gap between them. I am very happy with these locks and highly recommend them.

I am sure he will be able to open these eventually but for now these are working. They are not very sturdy and i think may break if a bigger kid hangs on the door while pulling it out, but my 1 year old son is not there yet. Easy to install and good value for money. My son is curious about these but they deter him for so long that he looses interest and finds another thing. So they are doing the job.
