Ive had varying degrees of success trying to find good quality 6-pin extension cables that are actually compatible and stable with EVGA PSUs. This 6-pin extension finally delivered! I had no issues powering my video card or OC-ing. Great product!

Ive been using these to extend the 6 pin pcie cable from the power supply to power my Rx570 and riser off the same pcie port. It works perfect. Will need more soon. Thank you.

Yes its just an extensiom cable. But the most important part is the wires are all 18AWG and all 6 wires are included. That means it will supply an equal amount of power as an 8 pin cable. This also makes the extension a good value compared to far more expensive alternatives. Note: the only reason 6 pins carry less current is because the original spec only had 5 wires in a 6 pin connector. You can verify this is true by looking at your power supply cable. There are only 6 wires and a jumper that splits 2 wires off to the extra 2 pins. Also the two extra pins are only grounds.

Hard to find cable, very happy to find it

Used this to extend the EVGA 8 pin + 6 pin cable. Used the 6 pin extension to power the riser and 8 pin to power the GPU. Worked perfectly and seems to be of decent quality.
