This cable looks cool and works really well, is capable of 8K gaming, VESA certified, and are gold plated. Has a super clear image on my monitor and is very stable/consistent and it does the job. This thing feels like quality. The added pinch-to-pull tabs are a cool added touch so that the cables dont start working themselves loose over time. If anything changes or happens Ill return to this review and leave an edit!

I purchased Samsung Odyssey G5 on Prime Day 2021. The monitor came with a high-quality-looking DP. However, it would not recognize the DP cable source but HDMI was recognized. But this setup would not allow a 166 Hz refresh rate. When I replaced it with this DP, my GTX 1080 recognized the DP cable and was able to use the monitor with the desired setting.

This is a HEFTY cable. Ive got it connected to a AW3418DW and Im getting 120Hz no problem.

Works with Valve Index and a active DisplayPort repeater from Cable Matters. The quality of the cable and connector is very good. Best DisplayPort cable Ive seen so far. Its a very thick cable and feels very sturdy.
