I would recommend for queen size bed and smaller, which is all that I have used these casters on (carpeted floor only). My guess is that these casters are heavy duty enough to work just as well attached to a king size bed. The set comes with four locking casters and option to remove 1/2 plastic insert for bed frames with 3/8 holes or with 1/2 inserts already installed in the bed frame. Casters are hard plastic, not sure how well locked casters will stay in a fixed position on a hard floor.

These are really good. They were an awesome price and a good quality. I highly recommend.

They are exactly what I was looking for, except that the part that extends up into the frame is too small, so it’s not a tight fit. It shouldn’t be a problem unless I lift the frame, though. Raised the bed a little which is what I wanted. Overall satisfied.

I really only needed to use one of these wheels to replace a broken one on a 20+ year old bed frame, and I was pleasantly surprised to find these popped right in and are the same height as the old style. The metal assembly seems to be constructed of metal thats perhaps 0.5mm thinner than the casters I had, but not thin enough that it would cause any issues. So far theyve been great!
