Nice powder with low fragrance; I was afraid it would smell like medicine, but the smell is ok. I believe it is helping prevent rashes.

I use a sprinkle of Caldesene at almost every diaper change and my babe never gets diaper rash. Love love love this stuff. But if diaper rash has already set in, it heals it up quick as well! A must have for all babies in my opinion!
