Greater than one weekWeve been using this for four months now, and (*knock on wood*) baby hasnt had a diaper rash yet. This smells great, and the oils in it are really soothing for baby. We use it to clean after truly dirty diaper, or just to freshen him up during his first diaper change of the day. Other people have complained its expensive, but a bottle lasts us about three months. Totally worth the price; this is now a must-have in our baby arsenal. Maybe my favorite of all the baby products we have.

> 3 dayWorks well and smells nice. I use it with cloth wipes to wipe any urine remnants off my baby during diaper changes. This spray is great for using with cloth diapers.

> 3 dayAfter months of red sore diaper rash on my baby, from the doctor saying it was yeast rash to just about everything else and using anything that I could think of with no improvement, I bought this spray. Within a day the rash was GONE! I was so pleased with the results! I use it every time I change my baby. Works better than any diaper rash cream I have used too. I just spray and rash goes away. It has a nice scent and is so easy to use. If you have issues with a diaper rash on baby, get this stuff!

> 3 dayAs a mom of twin toddlers who changes diapers constantly, I needed something that I felt would actually clean my little ones bottoms when they have really soiled diapers. This works great for that task and smells so good! It gets all the residue and odor off their bottoms and they dont seem to mind it. Before I tried it on them, I tested this on myself: on my arm and my bottom as well. It tingles, probably due to the tea tree, but I didnt feel a sting or anything that would make my twins uncomfortable. I dont use it if they have a really bad diaper rash, but for every day use this works well in my house and we are on our second bottle. Love it!!

> 3 dayIve used this through many years of diaper changes and it works great. I remove the old diaper, generously spritz this on, wipe with a wet washcloth, and put on the new diaper (we do cloth diapers and this doesnt leave any buildup or cause repelling issues on the diapers). It cleans well without irritating, and in fact seems to soothe the area if there is any irritation present.

> 3 dayI almost never write reviews, and I dont like slamming a product, but I just had to write about this one. We received this as a gift. My daughter is 6 months old and woke up this morning with an awful diaper rash. She has rarely gotten one. I knew I had this on hand so I thought I would try it. My poor girl screamed and sobbed as soon as I sprayed it on her. I felt horrible. It took me 20 minutes to calm her back down. I immediately had to rinse off her bottom. It was very clear that this product was causing her pain. This was the opposite of calming! We use other California Baby products and LOVE them, but this was just plain traumatic for both of us.

> 3 dayIf used as directed it seems to help in preventing diaper rash... I carry this bottle and a small bottle of distilled water; add a splash of each to an organic flannel wipe, ball it up in your hands a few times to evenly distribute the moisture and apply to babies bottom... youll thank me later(I also do this with a spray bottle of organic bug repellent to make sure I get an even layer on desired areas). Soo happy I found this product and a little is all you need, it really goes a long way.

Greater than one weekWe use this for cloth diapering, and have for years. We have a sports bottle with filtered water in it, and then I spray about 25 sprays of the California Baby Diaper Area Wash into the sports bottle. Then, when the time comes, I pick up one of cloth wipes (which could be a simple hand-sized square of cut flannel,) do about 8 shakes of the sports bottle mixture onto the wipe, and then use it like you would a disposable wipe. It works wonderfully, its natural, and it smells like Fruit Loops. What more could you ask for?!
