Camelina Oil 4 OZ

> 3 dayI think this Camelina oil will make a vary nice carrier oil for my essential oil blends that I use on my skin. I have never tried Camelina oil before but I am pleased with it properties. It rubs nicely into the skin, it feels moisturizing without being greasy. My skin has a nice shine after applying. Note that it does have a bit of an earthly scent.

> 3 dayI got this to use with essential oils. It is a stronger smell and overpowered the chamomile, but not the eucalyptus. The smell of the carrier is ok on its own so its not the end of the world. It is a nice moisturizer that absorbs so well and isnt greasy. I think I want to find more uses for it.

Greater than one weekThe oil is indeed great quality, but using it as a final step in a facial routine might not be the best use for it. It feels much richer and thicker than other cosmetic oils that Ive used (BioOil, the Ordinary HemiSqualane, SuperGreens, and Camellia oleifera oil of the same brand) Its uncomfortable to have something that rich/greasy sitting on the skin for a prolonged period. BUT Used as a massage oil, its very warm and comforting on the skin. Fragrance-wise, it smells a lot like linseed oil (the oil that is used in oil paintings--Im familiar with it because my mom used to paint a lot) Anyway, yeah. Great as a massage oil, not so much as a facial oil.. and not rated for ingestion (at least this product isnt, but theres a lot of articles touting Camelina sativas benefit as an addition to the diet)

Greater than one weekCamelina Oil 4 OZ definitely works as a skin moisturizer. My skin feels soft and moisturized after use, especially during cold days. Absorbs quickly. Aroma is mild. No complains so far.

Greater than one weekI have very dry skin and my skin loves this oil. I’d never heard of it before, but I’m really enjoying it. I use it on my face, elbows, hands, neck…wherever my skin is tight and itchy. If really helped with a stubborn patch of itchy dermatitis I had on my elbow when nothing else did, so I’d buy it for that alone. The scent is also not objectionable as some oils I’ve used.

Greater than one weekYou should use camellia oil on your skin, hair, and nails. Utilize it as a moisturizer to aid in the reduction of wrinkles. It can make your skin look better and repair scars. It immediately dissolves into your skin without leaving a greasy or sticky residue, has no scent.

> 3 dayI liked the Lisse Cosmetics Camelina Oil which is rich in fatty acids--I use it as a skin and scalp moisturizer. I also like that it deeply absorbs into the surface of my skin, which makes it great for replenishing my dry scalp and face. The large 4 oz. size bottle makes it an excellent value for the price--five stars!

> 3 dayI had never heard of Camelina Oil (aka wild flax, German sesame, or Siberian oilseed) before, but saw this listed as a cosmetic product and thought Id try it as a face oil. I have since researched camelina oil and find that it has multiple uses, including as an animal supplement or cooking oil. It apparently has a very high smoke point, making it ideal for frying, and is a good source of Omega-3. I am not a fan of the scent as a face oil, so probably wont use it that way. The scent and taste are both nutty and almost peppery. Ill give it a try as a cooking oil since I dont plan to use it on my skin!
