> 3 dayI was looking at a few travel cooking utensils and finally decided on this one. What made me chose this one was due to the quality of the set. Once I received the package I opened it up and washed each of them. Each item felt sturdy and not flimsy at all. I was relieved! I used both knives and they were both sharp. My only con was the pairing knife. It is sharp but it looks like there is some sort of peeler function on the side of knife so using it might cut your hand... its a weird placement. Other than that they are both sharp and not cheap feeling at all.
