> 3 dayCritical Element Missing - On/Off Switch. Absolutely disgusted that CanaKit would assign this P/S as Raspberry Pi 4 dedicated. CanaKit would intend user to pull the AC wall plug or yanking the USB-C plug from the Pi each time of power Off. Cant be more disgusted. Doubt Ill ever buy CanKit again; you cant put lipstick on this pig.

> 3 dayThis power supply is high-quality, well-made and a good value considering you get the full promised power output. The cord is UL Listed, and feels like a good cord thickness and length. I previously was using a cell phone USB power supply and would occasionally receive under power error messages. I havent received any since switching to this supply. The only drawback is that it is a full sized plug as opposed to a slim one, so it might take up more space at your power outlet.

> 3 dayToo bad this item is not widely available in Europe, it works like a charm with US->EU plug as it is 100-240volts! Thanks

07-06-2025SSDs connected via USB 3.0 sometimes draw more amps than the stock 5V3A power supply is capable of delivering resulting in the low power “lightning bolt” icon flashing on the screen. This power supply is rated at 5.1V3.5A to handle the extra draw.

Greater than one weekGreat power supply for the Raspberry Pi 4 power demands. Ive used CanaKit for a good while and always have positive experiences.

> 3 daySeriously? It was just *too* complicated to make a power supply that could handle the raspberry pi 4? Even brand new I was getting the rainbow screen on boot, but now the pi is useless. Power supply must have completely deteriorated. Canakit, if you deign to message me and send a replacement I will change my rating in accordance with the quality and operation of the new unit. Until then, this thing sucks.

> 3 dayI purchased two Raspberry Pi 4s a while back, along with 18W chargers. I would often get the lighting bolt indicator for low power... Many chargers will negotiate higher power for charging, but will max out at 2A without this negotiation.
