Love these bars. Im always looking for good tasting, low carb protein bars and these are the best Ive found. Especially the Almond/Chocolate. Crispy, yummy, nourishing.

These are ok, though frankly there are a million other snacks Id be inclined toward before these bars. They are high calorie, so function better as a meal replacement than as a treat. Slightly annoyed that, after making a single order, CanDo Krisp started spamming my mailbox (like, the literal one) with flyers. I had to email their customer service in order to get them to stop. I never opted in to receiving spam from them, and in this era, they should be ensuring their customers are opted in to them wasting paper like that. Without the spam, I may have given the bars four stars, but with it, they get three.

I tried the Keto Krisp bars individually from the local store and was really impressed. Buying in bulk made sense for cost effectiveness. The flavors are immersive without being overpowering. So far the Almond Butter is my favorite but I am excited to try the others.

I first tried the CanDo bars while I was at a skiing competition in Colorado. All the flavors are delicious! I was exactly what I needed to get me through until dinner. I love the krispy bits in them like a candy bar but healthier.

This is one of the best keto friendly bars that Ive had so far. Its larger than a lot of competitors, tastes better and is really filling. If I had to knitpick, the one thing that can be a little annoying is the low melting point. Anything with chocolate in it gets really runny and messy. I started to leave the bars in the fridge or freezer and then just let it thaw out throughout the day in my backpack. So if youre taking these anywhere on a really warm day, just be careful. Will definitely order these over and over again. Its hard to just eat 1. They are a little on the pricey side, but definitely helps when I start to want something sweet when on keto, so its worth it.
