Canfield Lead-Free Silvergleem Solder, 1/2 Lb spool

First off, it’s crazy expensive but it was highly rated so I decided to try it, I can’t find any information as to what temp to set my Hakko to get a proper melt My previous wire was 7/750 F but this one my settings had to be much higher, I also had to use 3 coats to get proper coverage, while my previous wire seemed to be sufficient after 1/2 lines, not completely loving it at this point and not sure if I would purchase again as it costs much more than my other lead free wire

I love the way this solder looks when applied. It does require more heat to move it around, but its worth it. I use it for the wands I make! It arrived super fast!

I purchased this to use in creating soldered charms for jewelry and I really like it. Its nice and shiny and flows easily. A bit more expensive than other solders available for this purpose, but the finished product is worth it. They really look like real silver and polish up nicely.
