I do not know if this was repackaged, but with the amount of ink that I use at home, my cartridges were out WAY too soon. I feel like it is because my printer is getting old and they stop making the ink or something, so it dries up. I just replaced the color in the printer a month ago and it is already out. No idea if the repurposed ones are better, but when you are buying the name brand, you expect it to last.

Sometimes there are so many pretenders you can easily make a mistaken choice. This is the real one.
