Canon PIXMA MG6821 High Yield Pigment Black with 4-Color (BK/C/M/Y) Ink Cartridge Set NEW

When I was changing the ink cartridges I had ink to leak out of the new ones on to my hand. I had never had this happen before. Dont know if I did something wrong or not - did I?

I got the box of ink. Two of the colors leaked all over as soon as I took the plastic off. It must have been damaged.
