Read the reviews...I did but thought I was smarter... Im not, this printer is set up stupid, its like they went hey, ya know what... we should make this printer work great but then we are going to make it impossible to adjust ANYTHING before printing it and then lets make sure that no matter what it auto chooses paper no one has ever used before but refuse it to let you choose standard 8.5x11 paper just for fun dumb, so not buy this printer.

This printer is poorly made, it does not work properly, nor is it not user friendly.

Really the worst printer Ive had in 25+ years of working in tech. Impossible to troubleshoot. Poor paper management. Save yourself heartache. Go somewhere else.

Its a good printer, however I did have a problem setting it up. Didnt like the online instructions. After having this printer for a few weeks, I am tearing my hair out trying to get it working. What a nightmare! I returned it, received my refund and bought a wired printer.

Setting this thing up was not fun and finding tech support on Canon site was a worthless experience. Came very close to giving up and returning the item. Stuck with it though and eventually got everything up and running. Main frustration related to Canon app not working with my MacBook Air. I was successful in finding another app that worked, but that fact that that Cannon app wont work with MacBook is mind-boggling.

Avoid this like the plague. It is less that 2 months old. Flimsy cheap construction. Minuscule screen. It confirms the old saying If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. There is NO way that you can get live support. Shameful, Canon was once an icon of quality from Japan, now it is made in that other place. I am buying an EPSON, more expensive but it is claimed to be excellent with a MAC.
