When the product arrived. It was not together, meaning none of the pages were attached to the primary binder page. It appeared to me as if this product was used and not new. The pages are usable, but was not happy that it was just in the condition it was when it arrived in the box to me. I use this tracing paper primarily to cover my finished drawings. I also use it to trace over my original layouts for transfers to a better quality paper. I have used this product for many years and I can highly recommend it as a good quality product.
