> 24 hourThis is a medium weight canvas. It is not a super tight heavy weave. I use it to make totes..works great. I stitched the raw edges before washing because canvas frays like crazy. I prewashed it in cold water, delicate cycle and dried it on permanent press. It did shrink a little ( I expected that) but surprisingly it didnt seem to fade. Ive already orderd more.

> 24 hourThe first time I purchased this fabric, it was the perfect material - it wasn’t too soft or easy to fray (I own an Etsy shop making patches out of cotton canvas fabric). I immediately purchased some more after I quickly ran out, I loved it so much. Today, I was sent canvas material that feels like something you would use to cover outdoor furniture. (Other fabric sellers have done this before - they suddenly decide to completely change their fabric to unusable material, so I can’t buy from them anymore. I don’t know why they do this!)

> 24 hourExcellent quality fabric. Sturdy but not stiff, great even black color. I have spent too much money with trial and error purchases..but now my journey has come to an end. I have found the black denim I needed so much to do the work I want to. I had to find a nice black denim to go with my own fabric designs. The red and black fabric is one I designed for my shop on Spoonflower. I will be telling all my sewing friends. Thank you. amended review, it is unfortunate to find the price has jumped up from under 10$ yd to 18$ this has ruined my pricing for future work. I will have to continue my search for affordable canvas for my linings.
