First I would like to thank the customer service. Very nice and helpful. and also the quality of the back pack that i received. It is very nice and has lots of pockets. I got this back pack for 2-3 days traveling and I love it. There is good sturdy padding all around the laptop compartment, Including the bottom. This bag is nearly perfect. They also have unique design which i liked the most

It is a great and cute product. I just wish the side pockets were a little bit bigger to hold water bottles.

I was expecting this to be completely water resistant and durable to a lot of weight, but when it arrived, there was a warning about not getting it wet and keeping it light so it doesnt tear over time. So far, Ive been using it for all my school supplies and havent seen any issues, but I was hoping for a backpack I wouldnt have to maintain to keep nice. I also get a lot of compliments about the pattern.
