Even though I only got this as part of a Halloween costume... it is highly disappointing. It is surprisingly cheap, even for $15. As mentioned in other reviews, its flimsy... the leather straps are horribly made. The one I got is attached off center and crooked. The shoulder strap needs another buckle thing to hold the excess in place.

My husband needed a bag to take with him to his poetry readings. He had been borrowing bags from our college age children and I suggested he deserved to have his own book bag. This fits the bill exactly. He likes to take a few books, pens, the newspaper, you know -stuff. He didnt need a briefcase or a backpack he needed this bag and here it was. It is sturdy too.

    Greater than one week

I love this little bag but emphasis on little. Its great for my purposes, but when you order this expect it to be smaller than they advertise. I can fit a binder, small sketch book, a book, and a pencil case, and that is about all I can fit without my bag bulging. So Im glad I dont usually have to put anything else in there. Also about a week or two into using the bag one of the buckles broke and I cant use it. But I can buckle the other one and that works just fine.

Bought this bag as a Christmas gift for my husband, and he loves it! Keeps all his stuff close at hand. Very well made, sturdy fabric, should last a good long time!

Ive had my Rothco Medic Bag for about a year now and I am still very pleased with it. I use it to carry my plastic organizer trays from my tackle box so this bag gets a decent beating and gets wet every now and then. Its still holding up to the abuse and is definitely worth the ~$15 price tag.

It doesnt quite measure up to what it says, I mainly got it because a lot of my folders should have had a snug fit, but I ended up grabbing something a bit smaller to fit. Its only a little off, more 12 than 12.5 stitching seems to all be in place, extended the strap to its furthest point, rests right near my hip (Im about 55) so its not too short, but not very long either.

Loved the bag, perfect size for magazines that I use for the ministry. I would recommend using a plastic section to stiffen the bag.
