Greater than one weekOH I could have used a map, and about triple the pics, but that is because it is so beautiful there.

> 3 dayI wanted something to replace my cable box in my bedroom since the only thing I watched was local news & the broadcast networks. I came across this on Amazon. So I gave it a shot. I’m glad I did. Stunning picture on the local networks that broadcast in HD! I used the lower mode of the power booster that received the signals better, I do have the antenna on top of a bookshelf also. Once you install the antenna & you get to a point on no pixels & you will. Give it a day to “learn”. Don’t forget to adjust your picture settings for broadcast as well. This is a great alternative to a cable box in your smaller rooms. It will pay for itself. 11.00 a month saved on cable! Thank you! P.S The next day, run your channel list again for a refresh! Be sure to adjust your aspect ratio on the screen to wide.

> 3 dayEven placed next to an extremely large window, with less interference than would be caused by a wall, this unit was only able to pick up and handful of channels, and of those, none were very clear. Don’t waste your time and money with this.

> 3 dayIt works better than the tuner in my TVs and this seems to be true among the TVs I have tried. There is also a USB port to insert a flash drive and record programs. It also plays them and an assortment of other file types. It wont play from my portable 4GB hard drive, but it will play from a flash drive. The flash drive was not recognized when I formatted it with exFAT, I had to try again with FAT32. This device can format a flash drive, but I used my laptop to format it. The quality of the recording is as good as the signal it receives, but I am technically behind the times with my newest TV being ten years old. I have not tried anything above 1080i if there is even a selection that has a greater resolution than that. My vision is failing, so it doesnt matter anyway. It is possible to make a selection from one of the menu items that can render the screen black. If you remember what you did, you can back out of that situation. Where I used to live, there was over a hundred channels although many were not desirable to me since I dont watch infomercials, buy things from the TV, speak Spanish or Korean. For clarification, you can watch one channel or record one channel at a time with this device. It can pass the antennas signal to your TV if the TV tuner works well enough. I had three of these recording programs while I watched a forth channel. This quickly got out of hand, because I dont watch much that much TV anyway or I would consider cable or satellite.
