I found the metal zippers hard to pull. So, I’m still looking for that perfect bag!!

It was a gift to a young lady who told me she loves it.

I love the bag but it shows a strap in the picture and it’s not included. Very disappointing because I want to keep it!!

great concept let’s see how this holds up good price point ,good style manufacturer should broaden the write up of the item

It came without a shoulder strap. You can see hooks so there is a place to have it. Not convenient luggage if you cant place it on your shoulder and are forced to only carry by hand.

I liked it except I didnt receive the shoulder strap that should have come with it. That makes it a lot less usable.

I really wanted to fall in love with this garment bag. It really does not hold that much and it becomes hard to zip with just a few items.

The bag is a great size and I love the colors. It is lightweight and has lots of little pockets. I would be super excited to use it but the strap is missing and cannot contact the seller to send what is stated to be included and packed inside the bag. So disappointed.

I purchased this item as a birthday present for a friend of mine that travels extensively. Because her travel never really exceeds 3-4 days, I thought this bag would be perfect. The bag arrived. I loved the color of the bag as well as the straps. I was incredibly impressed with the design of the bag, the material, and how cleverly you can stow away suites and other hanging items. I was also impressed with the size of the bag and thought WOW this will hold a lot. Everything was great until I saw the zippers. The zippers looked so cheap and flimsy. BUT the thing that really got to me was this: just a little bit of pressure on the zipper and it would release and open all on its own. Can you imagine, running through the airport and all of a sudden all of your personal belongings spill out onto the nasty airport floor....GROSS! Well no thank you! I returned the bag. The bag is super nice but I cannot recommend this because of the flimsy, cheesy, cheap zippers! What a disappointment.
