> 3 dayThese are a good set to start with for impact tool sockets. I recently have been experiencing difficulties of older age that makes using hand tools more difficult. So I invested in a pneumatic ratchet- but they recommended in using impact sockets ( which is standard for using any impact or pneumatic tool). So after searching and comparing I decided on this. First, the case is pretty sturdy and holds the sockets well. I put it in the back of my Jeep and let it roll around for a week and not one socket was loose from its spot. The sockets themselves looked good. The finish looks good and consistent. The Steel that is used to make these is very good and long lasting- based on my previous experience in steel manufacturing. Was able to read the size markings without needing to use my reading glasses. Placing them on a wrench is some trial and error until I figured out the hole had to be on the same time as the ball detent on the ratchet. Was able to use a torque wrench on them without any problems. Was able to ( test) the torque by using my max torque on my wrench and found no damage to the socket. I would recommend getting these.

> 3 dayGreat set of sockets. I recently upgraded to a gearwrench set. Not because any of the sockets broken or failed to preform. Souly for the fact I got the gearwrench set on sale and wanted to take my Capri set out of my work truck and into my garage for everyday around the houses use. As a diesel generator tech these sockets have taken a beating and preformed day in and day out.

> 3 dayIm a retired mechanic - I needed to fill some gaps in my tool collection. It really doesnt make sense to buy Snap-on,Mac ect for home use, You will have a hard time getting your money back out of the tool. What I mean is will you ever do enough work to save you enough to pay yourself back for the price of a premium tool, as well if something breaks the truck isnt coming to your house. So i set out to find a well built tool that is the correct cost for home use. I believe Ive found it with Capri Tools - made with high quality steel and having a lifetime warranty and the price being reasonable. Im very satisfied and would buy these tools again.

Greater than one weekCool case, Organized, VERY competitively priced and lifetime warranty. What more could you ask for. The 1/2 inch drive kit is worth the extra 120$ if your a mechanic especially a intro mechanic

> 3 dayNice set and appears to be of high quality - at least as good as the best I’ve used. The case holds the sockets very well while transporting, contrary to another review I read that doesn’t like the case. Maybe they upgraded the case, but the one I got, when closed properly, holds the sockets in place without fail.
