> 3 daywithout a doubt, toad is the worlds most famous mushroom. well...except for maybe, hehe nevermind! toad has been there since the first super mario title. weve seen him behind the scenes in some games, but also as playable characters in others. in the mario galaxy titles, we saw toad rise to the ranks of a captain, commanding a spaceship crew of other toads in search for treasure and stars. and in 3D world we even got to play some stages as captain toad. now expanding on those stages, captain toad has his own adventure title in captain toad: treasure tracker. i wasnt expecting much from this game. this is not a mario title after all, this is captain toad. so this is a toad-sized adventure, not a mario-sized one. as you will soon discover, toad cant jump, the go-to move for beating enemies in the mushroom kingdom (even though he jumps in other games...) however, he can pluck stuff buried underground and hurl at baddies. he can drop on enemies, accomplishing the squishing aspect of jumping. toad is also given a pickax power-up, which causes him to pickax nonstop for a brief amount of time in which he is invincible and can break certain barriers. if youre using the game-pad, you can also use what i call omniscient god powers to stun your enemies or break blocks, by touching the touchscreen on the gamepad. for the completionist, each level offers three different objectives: reach the star at the end of the stage, collect three diamonds throughout the stage and also accomplish a random objective. the objective isnt revealed until after you beat the stage. it can vary from: collecting a hidden golden mushroom or 1-up, collect a certain amount of coins, not take any damage, not defeating (or defeating) a certain enemy, etc. the game randomly rewards you with bonus games to earn coins, extra lives, etc. there are over 70 levels and thankfully the game gets progressively harder, because it is just too easy in the beginning. im at the final boss now and there are still some levels i have not completed 100%. theres also some bonus material that i havent finished unlocking yet, but part of it was unlocked because i had super mario 3d world data saved on my wii u. also, the toad amiibo adds some sort of hide and seek feature to the game, but i have not tried it. this game kept me busy for a few weeks. and while its not the sexiest or edgiest game out there. it was fun and challenging. an easy game to pickup or put-down.

> 3 dayIts an action puzzle game. Its not especially hard. You can get the game without the Toad Amiibo figure, but Toad unlocks an extra hidden toad search in every level of the game. So I think you should get the one with the Toad figure unless you have a Toad Amiibo figure already. There are around 80 levels. Every level has a hidden toad you can search for if you have the Toad amiibo. There are three hidden gems you can find. There also is a hidden objective. You can find a lot of the hidden objectives your first time through if youre thorough. I preferred to go through quickly and then go back and get everything later. I found it relaxing to do 10-20 levels at a time and I think it took about 8-10 hours to complete the game without going back and trying to beat the challenge times but doing everything else. If you like light puzzle games and especially if you like the Toad levels in Super Mario 3D world, this is the game for you. I enjoyed it quite a bit and do suggest it. When Im suggesting Wii-U games to people Treasure Tracker isnt one of the must-buy games, but its always one I suggest.

> 3 dayA must buy for Wii U owners. A great puzzle style Nintendo game that is easy to pick up, and the amiibo adds a lot more hours to the game. The only flaw with the game itself is that there is no option to turn off the motion camera, and that there are only 2 bosses recycled 3-4 times each
