white very different from car color

Is this stuff supposed to come out looking like tar? Stringy trails like spider webs get everywhere when trying to use thus product. Very disappointing after reading so many good reviews. More like window weld/ blk urethane. Please send me another bottle and feel free to open it first to inspect so you both dont waste out time again. Blk..
