> 3 dayI was driving home one night mid winter and out of the corner of my eye saw motion. It was a mother and her two young kids all wearing black from head to toe. I didnt notice them until they were 5 feet from me and thankfully on the sidewalk. I started thinking about my two year old and didnt want to make the same error in judgment, but also didnt want to be that parent with the safety vest and leash. I bought one of these hats in bright orange. The kid loves the color and you can see him from across a large parking lot. Its your standard Carhartt quality, so he will grow out of it long before it can wear out, and its really warm. I definitely recommend these and suggest the brightest color you can find. Take a wild guess which child is mine on that train.

Greater than one weekI got brown, and it was a bit darker than expected. I still like it though. Minus a star for how confusing the sizing is. I just bought one and hoped for the best. Ended up being a perfect fit. My 7 month old fits the toddler size.
