Carolina Custom Cages Terrarium, Tall Medium 24Lx18Dx24H; Easy Assembly

I absolutely love this company and now will only get my terrariums from Carolina Customs. Exceptional customer service and as long as youre not me; it was easy as pie to put together. (Im just dumb and didnt notice something, but they immediately replied to my query and gave me all the knowledge I needed to fix it!) The tank is beautiful and my gecko Stanley sure does appreciate the upgrade. If youre a reptile parent - Carolina Custome Cages is DEFINITELY the way to go.

Im very happy with this terrarium. It is simple, sturdy, elegant, well-made, and easy to manage. I couldnt find the dimensions I wanted in any other brand, so I tried this brand for the first time. I will definitely use them again next time I am looking for a new enclosure. In terms of initial setup, it was well packaged, nicely labelled, and fairly easy to assemble. If anyone from the company is reading this, two things that would have helped me with the assembly instructions: 1) making it clearer that you have to screw in the tubes rather than just slide them in place (I missed the little twist arrow symbol at first), and 2) to put a sticker on the top frame to mark which side is the front.

I purchased 2. I love them. They are well made, easy to assemble and look great with my bearded dragons. Carolina custom cages has excellent communication, sending notifications different times along the delivery route, making sure tanks arrived.

We got this terrarium to house Whites Tree Frogs. We have 4 froglets (about an inch long) in it now and its perfect. It was very easy to assemble. I assembled it myself (medium size woman) in about 10-15 minutes. It worried me that the side glass only encloses firmly on 2 sides but once its all assembled it feels sturdy but has a small bit of movement on the sides. There are small gaps between the top glass on the sides and the top rim but its so small our froglets cant get through. We also purchased a medium size Exo Terra hood which is the perfect size for on top. Overall, were very pleased with the look and feel of the terrarium. Please note it does not come with the landscape wrap around photo, those are sold separately. came well packed in 3 boxes one inside the other. Took longer to get it upacked then to set up. Really love the look and the front door panels.

I wanted to get a bearded dragon but I no longer had a place for it to live, I got rid of my last bearded dragons house one I thought that I was not going to get another bearded dragon. So I purchased this tank/cage or whatever you want to call it, and spent 3 days getting it put together and fixing it up for the dragon so that the dragon would have a nice secure home to come home to. My new dragon loves his house - there is plenty of room for him to climb, play, eat, sleep and watch tv with us. Yes, thats right, he likes to watch tv with us at night. Unfortunately I will have to get a different tank/cage for him later on down the line because my dragon is suppose to be 24 inches long from tip of nose to tip of tail when he is full grown. I bought him on Sept. 21, 2022 and he was around 2 to 3 months old. It is now Oct 29, 2022 and he has been growing like crazy. Still a great place for him but he is growing faster than my last dragon did, so i can only hope that this company has another tank/cage just like this but bigger so when the time comes to get my dragon a larger home for him when he is full grown, it will be something that he is use to.

Only downside is the side glass has cracked after a few days & the top doesnt fit perfectly on top of the glass. I assume the crack is because I tightened the top screen to tightly? Theres still a small gap between some of the glass and the top. Not enough to be dangerous, but it makes me wonder where I went wrong in assembly? I can turn the screws on the top screen, but it doesnt fit evenly on every corner.
