I used this for a baby blanket. After one wash it was super soft and heavy enough for cooler weather with the stitch I used!

This is simply the nicest, softest yarn around. I have made five afghans in the past year - 4 of them out of Caron yarn. My children and grandchildren all commented on how soft they were. Now that I have discovered it, I wont buy any other brand.

I LOVE Caron Simply Soft Yarn. The yarn is strong and very soft! The colors are beautiful! Normally, the color shown in the picture on Amazon is very close to what the actual color is...with the exception of one. Ocean. The color on the Amazon picture appears to be a true blue. However, the actual color is teal. Still gorgeous but just some of which to be aware. UPDATE: There is also a color discrepancy on the Light Country Blue as well. I have attached an additional picture.

This is easy to work with and easy to wash. I love it!

2 skeins had numerous knots. Made it difficult to use

This yarn is so soft and a gorgeous color (Ocean). I used this yarn with the Gold color of the same brand in a scarf I crocheted for a good friend and she loved it. And the best part of it all...I easily found the yarn tail on the INSIDE so it didnt flop around or roll off of my couch while using it. Yay!
