Carry-on, Grey, 3 Light 24

I purchased this case for my recent cruise, having been advised by the cruise company that hard shell cases were the best. Unfortunately when I collected my case I found the lock completed smashed off, leaving the zip slightly open. Thankfully nothing was stolen, but the main point is, the lock was too fragile, made of soft plastic, and not fit for purpose. The case is not strong enough, made of fine plastic material and not rigid as expected. Wish I had just used my old stronger cases.

The service that I recently have been provided has been outstanding. I initially bought smaller case but was not big enough and had to return it it was such an easy transition well done everyone I love my new case

The cases look fabulous and I believe will be perfect for my hols

I bought this case for my wedding to cyprus. so first time used it and it has dented split and cracked with a hole in it this should not happen I have bought hard cases before and never had this problem this must be a faulty product

Not as easy to drag up a hill as I thought it would be. Other than that its a well made sturdy case.

I love the colour and it is so spacious!! I hope it’s going to be strong enough when I go on trips. I will definitely recommend it. I bought the 20” and 28” suitcases.

Brillia case. I bought this for my Mum who loves everything lilac. She loved the colour and how easy it was to move as she is not that great on her feet.
