This roll-on was on flash sale. We bought two. Feels like it wont survive the trip and moreover far less room for clothes vs other roll-ons. Returned both.

The BAGSMART hard side 20” carry on luggage has a stylish outside hard case with a wavy look that can help limit scratches as well help you spot your luggage quicker. It is light weight (6.39 lbs) with four 360-degrees spinner wheels (rolls and spins very well) and a 4 position telescopic handle (34”, 36”, 38”,42”) for people of all heights. It also has it built-in TSA approved combination locking zippers. The spinner wheels are designed better than some other luggages that I have which allows for easier maneuverability and less likely to break off while being tossed by the airport luggage people. Open it up, the inside reveals 2 major compartments, on the handle side there is cross straps to keep your clothes in place. The opposite side has a zippered compression pad that keeps everything organized the compression pad also has a zippered mesh pocket. In between the w compartment is a small zipped pocket for small items or toiletries. The only negative thing I have to say about this luggage is that I can feel the telescopic handle through the thin layer of cloth. For the price of the luggage ($92.99 at the time of this review), I would expect some padding to cover the handle mechanism on the inside of the luggage, but it doesn’t warrant a star off. I would rate this luggage 4.5/5 stars as I feel overall it is well made and the outside design is stylish.

I really like this case. Its lightweight and moves freely on 4 spinner wheels. I like that it has a lock but I have not attempted to change the combination because the instructions are not very clear. I did move the the numbers off the default setting ( they kind of sink it while you are spinning them) and back. The two separate compartments are nice. I put this up against my other airline approved carry on bags and the size matched up. Im just not sure how long this lightweight material will hold up.

I thought I’d order this carryon to replace my tattered old one and if I liked it I’d get other pieces in the set. I like this one, a lot. The wheels spin great, the zipper glides and doesn’t stick. The TSA locking system is great. It’s small but then again it’s a 20” carryon so the size is as expect. I think being hard sided maybe limits what you can squeeze in it some. I love the color, dark grey. The only thing I don’t like is I can’t find that there are any other sizes in this style. I’d like to get the next size up but it doesn’t look like BAGSMART makes any other sizes.

I went on a trip for Mother’s Day using this luggage. The wheels continuously jammed on me once the weight of my items were in it and the material on the inside has already begun to worn.

This is small so should meet size criteria for any airline carry on. It is light weight but packing is limited. The wheels had a glitch so at times was jerky when moving through the airport. As all hard side with no expansion there no give. After using this luggage I would not purchase again for the price.

It might just be me, but I didnt envision how small this case would be when I ordered it. I will never be able to use it for more than an overnight bag, and even then I might be tempted to just go with a small duffel or literal carry on for such a trip that would be lightweight. That said, its very well made with some excellent features. It glides 360 degrees like a dream; the handle is adjustable for different heights; it has a built-in TSA-approved locking system. I took some photos of the bag with only my scarf and a very lightweight fabric jacket in it, and I cant imagine it carrying a whole lot more. Perhaps this would suit someone on a business trip who just needs to bring an extra shirt and underwear, and maybe some work documents that would be securely locked into the case. Its definitely small enough for the overhead in a plane. I was tempted to still give this 5 stars because it was my choice to order the 20 inch case size, but the photo in the product description (with a woman standing next to a larger suitcase than this one) seems a little misleading. Again, its a sturdy and well-made bag, but also pricey for the size.

Lightweight, made great

Fun to drive. Easy to pack and tricky to unlock without a YouTube video. Its a good carry on that travels easy. No problems on its first trip.
