I read in the questions section: When you get your suitcase, please entry the original password 0-0-0, then push the button forward to the right for opening. Once I did that, my suitcase opened. While the color is called avocado, its a beautiful lighter green than what I think of as avocado from the 60s. Its the perfect size for me.

I chose the large, off-white 28-inch suitcase and must say I am impressed with its function and looks. The solid cream color is very chic, in addition to being easy to spot on the baggage carousel. The outside hard shell has a very subtle texture; it is not glossy nor is it matte; I would describe it as sort of a satin sheen (Im thinking of paint sheen, here). The suitcase itself is sturdy and lightweight while the hard shell is protective and somewhat flexible for durability. The 360-degree spinning wheels roll and spin so smoothly, quietly and easily, making it effortless to move the suitcase along airport corridors and to/from the car. The wheels worked well on both airport tile and carpet.

I got this luggage because I have a few upcoming trips and I love how it looks. Inside it’s your basic luggage with straps to hold your clothes down and a separator, it does include a pocket for wet items as well which I thought was cool. The wheels roll like butter and the handle is easy to slide up and down. My mom saw it and I had to order one for her because of how aesthetically pleasing it is. It also has more than enough space to pack for a 4-5 day getaway. I also love that it comes with a plastic protector in case you are checking your bag to avoid it getting scratched or dirty.

Bought two of these for short weekend trips but turns out it doesnt fit in the overhead bin of the normal Alaska Airlines airplanes. It worked under the seat but that isnt ideal...

The biggest problem with hardside luggage is that it is not giving and there are no expansion zippers. So even though this is a big looking suitcase, it doesnt hold enough for a two week trip for me. When I travel for work, I usually go for 2 weeks. During the summer, I might be able to fit enough clothes, because they are thinner, if that makes sense. I just couldnt fit everything into it and ended up using my old suitcase.

Its very sleek looking and light weight. I bought in yellow and I am pleased with this color as its not bright but a soft color. Lots of room inside and seems like it is very well made.

Daughter loved it

Much too large for underseat storage on an airplane. Unless of course youre in first class with bigger wider and thus larger underseat storage. I loved the color and the 360 wheels but it is a no go for main cabin flights.

Was really concerned about the longevity of light colored luggage because we travel globally quite frequently. Even with travel in-between my Florida home and St Croix home bags can get banged up pretty badly.
