> 24 hourHard-sided where it needs to be, and soft everywhere else. Fits very well under most airline seats, and has the back strap we absolutely insist on for mounting this bag on the telescoping handle of any larger suitcase, which is hugely convenient while navigating the terminals. Also like the fact that the interior is relatively divider- and compartment free. These designers figured out that no matter what pre-designed convenience compartments they make, their setup is never quite what we need. Check out the strap that keeps the case from falling over when you open the laptop compartment!

> 24 hourBesides everything on the video, I packed snacks too! I was wowed by it size and what I could pack in. Easy to pull and lift but placing under Allegiant seats a very tight fit. That was a little inconvenience for my FREE personal item.

> 24 hourThis is a great bag for travel. Roomy inside. Small enough to fit under seat even on Allegient Airlines which has a smaller allowed size bag. Lightweight. 365 wheels. Pull up handle. Pockets on outside for various items and ease of use. Padded area for laptop or tablet. Inside mesh pouches. Back strap for stacking to other luggage easily. Looks nice and designed extremely well. USB port. I highly recommend the bag. However -- do check every zipper when it arrives-- one of the inside zippers for a mesh pouch was bad and I had to order a replacement. It also takes a week and a half to get so give yourself ample time to receive before you need it.

> 24 hourToo big Fit under seat on one and not on the other plane. About 1/3” width too much and about 1-2” too tall for overhead or under seat of small commuter jets

> 24 hourDid not fit in overhead bin of small planes. The hard bottom was a little too wide.
