I have tried a couple, and most of the offers on Amazon are pretty big cases with sizes 4 times bigger than the console, providing space for chargers and accessories. Given that you only need a USB cable and chargers are ubiquitous these days, I wanted a smaller case. This one is just perfect. The Vita fits snugly inside, and the PS Vita logo is a great addition. Plus, it is very well priced. Get this one!

This is great since I grab for work and play on my Vita; I dont know if it works with the 1000 model but the 2000 (Slim) fits perfectly.
