I searched for a protective carry case for my TACSAM PortaCapture 8X and found this item. The recorder fits perfectly without having to remove the microphones. There is room on the inside of the cover for other accessories, windscreen, USB-C cable, or even a battery pack. This is a perfect case, although I also ordered an additional hard shell and waterproof case, this case will remain my primary case for the Tascam PortaCapture 8X. I would definitely recommend it.

Sturdy and heavy duty zipper

It is just the right fit and takes the entire set I bought. Will be handy when I have to leave the house to help someone else.
