Greater than one weekI bought this to use in the car. A lot of the movies we buy are Blu-Ray with a DVD copy included. A lot of our BluRays were getting lost or damaged because my kids would take the whole case with all of the discs in it in the car for long car rides, even though only the DVD copy works in the car. Also, I cant even begin to tell you how many times I have heard Despicable Me or The Princess and the Frog. I have maybe seen the movies once or twice, but I have heard them hundreds of times from the front seat because that was the only disc we had in the car for an impromptu car ride. Now we have this case full of all of the kids favorite DVDs, keeping the BluRay copies safe at home and allowing they to have a variety of movies to chose from. (I also bought a giant box of AAA batteries for their headphones, so I dont have to listen to the movies anymore. YAY!) The quality of this case seems pretty good so far...but we havent had it long. I like that it has a harder rubber-like shell. I also liked the price and that it was Prime Elligible.

> 3 dayThese carriers by Case Logic are just great. I went to this company because I was looking for something protective, and because my husband has an old one in the back of his car, at least 15 years old, and its still doing its job, protecting his music CDs. The material of the holders is exactly the same as in the old one, and its never scratched any of his CDs. Were planning a very long trip, probably months, cross country in an Airstream. Cable and streaming look dicey, so I wanted to take a healthy chunk of our DVDs for late-nite viewing. There was a time when TV shows were passed off in absurdly gigantic boxes with a ridiculous number of disks, at least in part to make the buyer feel like he got his moneys worth. I was able to get all the disks from the old Brit series UFO, The Avengers complete set, All Creatures Great and Small complete set inside, and still have room leftover for Sherlock Holmes and Boston Blackie. Unlike the others Ive read about, you can fill this to the very last page of holders, instead of leaving the last ones empty because it simply wont close when its full. And, though its heavy when full, the grip is easy. Theres no strap, but it doesnt really need one, and its got a cloth hook hanger on the top that feels very secure. When I was done, I ordered two more I was so happy. Only one complaint - I really wish they came in a few other colors. I went to the Case Logic website, and found its not just Amazon - this is only available in blue. Since theres no label, it would be great to be able to sort of color-code the collection, so when Im digging them out from the back of SUV or the drawers under the bed, I can know that blue is TV, red is classic movies, etc. Now Ill either have to tag them somehow or open them to see which one it is.

> 3 dayI really wanted a CD case as I own a ton of albums and it was always a hassle to constantly have to try and take around my CDs without scratching them, but this case solves everything! It is such a nice case and Im super happy with it!

> 3 dayAppears to be well made. Agree with some of the other reviews that the outside has a funny rubber/plastic feel to it but that is the payoff for an easy to clean cover vs fabric which will pick up dust and dirt. Also had a smell when I originally opened it but the smell quickly dissipated. The zipper is a bit tricky on the corners but otherwise moves smoothly and easy to work. The actual width/thickness of the sides of this case is thinner than cases Ive had in the past so there is the potential if things are sat on top of it that it will collapse. There is an air pocket between the cds and the case so that even when full if something is sat on top of it there would be some room for movement. CDs go into and out of the pockets without scratching and pages are flipping easy without ripping at the center like others I have owned. Will see how long it lasts!

Greater than one weekThis was exactly what I was looking for to store CDs in my car. I had the visor CD storage but the CDs would fly out when I turned a corner. This case has a tough shell but is small and lightweight. The zipper is smooth and it holds all my favorite CDs with room to spare.

> 3 dayPurchased for my 2 kids to store their DVDs in the car. Its been mostly full for a few months now. It gets subjected to tug of war, tumbles around the back seat, usually left unzipped, and the pockets are sturdy enough to keep the DVDs all contained regardless. Great price to top it off. Finally a win for Dad lol

> 3 daySome other models catch the lower corner of the CD pockets in the zipper. This is relatively minor, but can chew up the corners over time, as well as requiring a little more time and effort to zip the case closed. Its a small thing, but this one clears the CD pockets each time without having to adjust or move them out of the way.

> 3 dayThe Good: The slightly reflective metallic blue color is very attractive, as is the case molding; which seems to be made of a stiff rubber that is soft to the touch. The zipper is sturdy, works smoothly and is attached to the case quite well. You can shake this case like a maraca, but once the CDs are inside their sleeves and the case zipped close nothing will slide loose. Theres some room at the back/bottom of the case to fit CD literature (theres no pocket, these will simply lay loose). The Bad: Lightly pressed/glued rather than stitched sleeves. The sleeves are not made for heavy-duty use; so if youre a DJ, or serious music lover wholl be sliding CDs in and out multiple times a day I would suggest a Slappa hard body case instead - you get what you pay for. The Ugly: Case arrived smelling like it had marinated in a cigarette factory prior to shipment. Im not sure if the smell is from the materials that the case is made of or if the case was somehow exposed to something adverse. Sadly the smell is so strong that its nauseating, but it isnt worth the hassle of returning. My hope is that this is an anomaly and that most buyers wont experience the same issue. - If it werent for the cigarette smell I would have rated this with 4 stars. Overall: A functional and good-looking (dare I say sleek) storage option for the average user - that is priced reasonably.

> 3 dayGood basic case with pretty good protection. I didnt want anything bulky, this fit the bill and offers good capacity. It is a type soft molded foam-ish material, its not too soft but also not hard like plastic. The zipper works smoothly. It offers enough protection for my needs as it will be in the glove box primarily. If I were to drop it, Im confident that my discs would be fine. The sleeves are soft, double sided as with most cases and they appear to be stitched in well enough. Case Logic usually does a pretty good job with their products, theyve been around a long time.
