These work and hold up fairly well. They are not the quality of 3M, or one of the name brands - but they cost 1/3 as much. Good bang for the dollar

This plate is very inexpensive but high quality. The hook and loop performance is outstanding. It also is very easy to attach.

I needed these pads for a cut and buff job I am doing on a vintage truck and my 1500 and 3000 grit disks are 5 and I had a 6 pad so I needed these 5 pads to be able to use my finishing sandpaper disks. These work great. Very happy with them.

Quick delivery on a cost effective backing plate to use with my PC polisher for detailing work. Hook & loop attachment to my pads is solid. Backing plate size and density/flex is spot on with the original backing plate. Installation was simple. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and will purchase again when needed.

Overall good quality, Velcro is strong and foam appears to be good quality. For the price hard to beat
