The product arrived sooner than expected, which was great. This is my first time using the pack, so I didn’t quite know how to start but the package came with easy instructions to follow. It’s easy and comfortable to adjust the buttons to one’s liking and stays on secure with no leakage. I haven’t tried sleeping with it on yet, but so far, so good.

I was comparing this product to others and I am happy with my choice to get this one - it is very well made and easy to use. It has a soft fleece against the skin and a PUL type fabric for the outside layer, so it protects the clothing. The straps are super long and easy to use. And the pocket for the heat or cold pad is a good size. Overall, Im very pleased!
