> 3 dayUpgrading my ethernet and needed some newer faster cables. This plugged in and worked great from a networking perspective. What I really liked was the cable is flat and very flexible. Almost has a cloth like feel to it. 10 ft is a perfect length for me and it being Cat 8 for under $10. IMO, a great price point for a 10ft CAT8 cable. It was so easy to route around my desk because it is so flexible. The ends feel nice and secure and had no mfg defects.

Greater than one weekTERRIBLE. speeds dropped from 950MbS to 100 MbS. This review is about the YSONG Cat 8 Ethernet Cable 8 FT, Nylon Woven High-Speed Cat8 Network Cable. There is NO NAME or model number on the packaging, or on the cable. You see in my headline how it worked. I put back my old Belkin CAT-5e and my speeds were back to normal. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

> 3 dayThis cord serves its purpose but I dont all the way trust the quality of the cord. The braided line feels like it could crack with minimal moving around and that doesnt make me fee comfortable with the longevity of the product. It functions well as of right now and I continue to monitor its function but I have my doubts as time goes on.

> 3 dayIm upgrading my Home Network, adding YSONG Cat 8 Ethernet Cables. The cables are manufactured with durable, premium quality 100% bare copper wire, 4 shielded twisted pairs and RJ45 gold plated connectors ensure a strong and stable connection. The braided fishnet wire wrap adds to the cables durability. The 6ft and 10ft lengths are perfect for my Home Network setup. The Cat 8 cables support networks of up to 40 Gbps and 2000 MHz bandwidth for high-speed data transfer. A significant improvement over my old Cat 4 cables. I recommend YSONG Cat 8 Ethernet Cables for anyone planning to upgrade their network. Improvement in reliability and performance is well worth the cost.

> 3 dayUsed to route to the switch in my network rack. This patch went to the Cat 8 line running to my other switch. Not cheaply made cheap.

Greater than one weekThis is a well built ethernet cable. Im getting the speeds I expect out of it, although I dont have anything to really test its limits right now. The end clip in to ports well, and the tab cover is helpful without being annoying like some cable boots. No issues!

> 3 dayThis cable stands out from your average patch cable. The flat cloth covered cable is great for a situation where the devices will not be moving around. I plan to use it to connect components of my home theater and audio streamer gear where appearance and function are important. However I would not use this cable with my laptop as the cable and connector makes for a rather inflexible connection, extending well out from the connector on my laptop.

> 3 dayIn terms of quality this nice a nice cable. The connectors seem to be high-quality, and the wrapped cable is more flat than round but seems well done as well. I have tested it with 3 or 4 devices, the cord clicked in and out without issues and connected with every device. If you need a cord for a non-moving device, this is great. For a video game system, a desktop, a home server, etc. this cord will be great. The only thing I dont like about it is the cable itself. Its a flat wide cable that does not have give, so you would not want to try and use this as your main carry cable in your laptop bag. The connectors might hold up from lots of plug and unplugging, but my worry would be with the stiffness and the shape of the cable that it will not handle being coiled and uncoiled constantly. I work in IT and have no issue using this anywhere a high-quality cable is needed permanently, but I wont be using it in my main carry bag, which I had hoped to do when I received this.

> 3 dayUse case: streaming 8k content in a residential environment. Pros: - High build quality - Consistent, stable data transfers - No interference issues - Flat design Cons: - The only negative identified was also a positive; the flat design. Great for long cable runs. Not so great for tight spaces where RJ45 connects with hardware. As long as you have a few inches available behind your chosen device, you’ll love this cable.
