It’s a great charger for my Fitbit Sense

Sturdy and easy to use

The back panel that covers the wiring was not attached to the stand, as shown in the first picture. Its really weird because the screws that would attach the panel are all screwed in in the right place--the back panel just isnt attached. I would attach it myself, however the hole in the back panel where the wire should come out is too small for the wire itself (shown in the second picture). Im not impressed, very confused, and very aggravated. Do not buy-- its worth it to spend a little more money to get a product thats fully assembled. Edit: I asked for a replacement dock, hoping the problems with the first was just a mistake. Nope. The second one I received had the same problem, as shown in the third picture. DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A BROKEN, NOT ASSEMBLED PRODUCT. I would rate it zero stars if I could.

Works great, easy to use, and hard to lose?

Working great now! This Fitbit has charging issue with the charging cable’s pegs either pushing in or braking g off. I thought this style of charger wood correct that problem being more stable and secure. We went through five cables in less than a year, now so far so good…….

Love it

This charger is better than the charger that my watch came with. It holds the charger to the back of the watch perfectly, and doesn’t fall off. The stock unit would fall off from time to time and not charge in the middle of a cycle. This no longer happens. It also looks good on my desk.

Great product

When something like this doesnt work within the first month, I consider it a piece of junk. Very disappointed!!!
