I own a very good Samsung M3870FW printer and have always purchased the Samsung brand replacement cartridge until now. The brand cartridge started producing output with vertical stripes much before replacement time, which is not acceptable. Samsung quit making printers and I don’t know who is making the brand cartridge, but obviously not a quality source. So, I decided to go for this product and am not disappointed. The print quality is much better. I am hoping this cartridge will work longer than the brand product.

I am always scared when buying toner but these timers are exceptional. They have stood up to the same quality we received when buying OEM and they are at least a 50/60% savings. We have found our new ink cartridge supplier. Arrives fast, saves money and you cannot tell the difference between a print with these cartridges and and OEM.

After using more than 1 ream with first cartridge... quality is great. Highly recommend. Will definitely buy again.

I just recently started using the first cartridge and I noticed the other day that there is toner on the backside of the paper. I will continue to monitor if it gets worse. This is the first time I have not purchased a Xerox brand toner. Update….the longer that I use this item the more I dislike it. The toner wipes off of the copies, on to your hands, envelopes, etc. it DOES NOT bond to the paper like the original Xerox brand does. Update 6/24/23- the company has stood behind this product and has sent new toner cartridges which seem to be working properly. They reached out to me directly after my review and even though the return date was exceeded by the time I started using their product, they have made me whole and delivered a quality product to me.

I was very skeptical at first becuase it was an offbrand toner but I have the brother and this fits well and has no issues when I print stuff! I work from home and go to school so I use the printer alot. The brother brand is so expensive. I’m glad I found a cheaper alternative.

Toner cartridge fits my printer perfectly. I have only printed about 100 pages so far and quality of printing is excellent
