Not usable; tried to return but Amazon says return window closed.

These cartridges work great. Well packaged and easy to install. I have had them installed for over a month and they are performing well. Definitely will buy again.

The toner I recieved works very well! Very pleased but I did only receive one thought I paid for 4 toner replacements.

THIS IS A 2 PACK OF CARTRIDGES, THE FIRST ONE I PUT IN DID NOT WORK, LEFT BLACK STREAKS ABOUT A 1/2 WIDE ON PAPER WHEN IT CAME OUT OF PRINTER. SENT SELLER AN EMAIL ASKING THEM TO REPLACE THE ONE CARTRIDGE. NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER.
