CETAPHIL Gentle Cleansing Bar, 4.5 oz , Nourishing Cleansing Bar For Dry, Sensitive Skin, Non-Comedogenic, Non-Irritating for Sensitive Skin

This is all I could use when I broke out with contact dermatitis. I will continue to use it.

I love that this bar gives a good lather and a good cleansing. It is strong enough to give the face a solid cleansing, yet, gentle enough to protect it from being irritated. If my skin is already irritated, this soap is still gentle as it cleanses, but sometimes my face needs a cleanser with less fragrance or suds and for those days, I have an alternate facial cleanser; but, I will continue to use this soap for that deep and gentle cleanse, plus, I like the scent! I am so glad I’ve found a great beauty and cleansing bar that’s strong enough to clean and doesn’t leave my face completely stripped. Also, I am happy to find a great beauty and cleansing bar that prevents break outs and is gentle enough on skin that already might be broken out. I will continue to use this on my face for a more deep and thorough cleansing bar. I will use it alternately with my other facial cleanse that has less suds because sometimes my skin needs a cleanser with less suds and sometimes it needs more suds. Plus, this bar lasts a long time. Seems to last longer than other bars I’ve used. This will be a multiple repeat purchase for sure!

I love, love, love this soap! I was hesitant to purchase because I’d read reviews from some who complained thst it had an overpowering fragrance, but it really doesn’t seem overpowering to me (or anyone else in my family) at all. I get migraines and easily become nauseous from perfumes and colognes, so I checked out this soap at a local drugstore. It just smelled “clean” to me, so I tried it out. I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be so moisturizing, but it really is wonderful! I’ve previously used Marseille soaps made from 99.7% olive oil, Moroccan black soaps made from Argan oil, Shea butter soaps, and basically everything I could find made for extremely dry skin, but nothing else has made such a difference in my skin! It has not irritated or dried my skin in the slightest! I’ve found it to be much more moisturizing than Cetaphil’s Ultra Gentle Body Wash, which dried out my skin terribly (if you have REALLY dry skin, definitely stay away from that one!). I don’t use the soap on my face, because I’d rather use a non-foaming cleanser (Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser), but from the neck down, this is absolutely perfect! Using with a bath pouf, it creates a nice, creamy lather that doesn’t dry my skin, doesn’t leave residue in the tub (like a lot of “natural” soaps can do), and I even use it for shaving my legs and underarms. I follow with Cetaphil moisturizing lotion, but even on days when I’m in a rush or have forgotten to lotion up, I still feel like my skin is hydrated after using the soap. After using the soap, my skin has a nice glow, and appears shiny (a good kind of shiny- not oily) where I’ve shaved my legs. I’ve suffered from skin that is so dry that it feels like it will crack, and so many products leave me feeling itchy, but this is the best soap I’ve ever used. I love the clean smell so much that I look forward to using it! I purchased the 3 pack on Amazon because it’s a better value than buying individual bars at the drugstore. I just love it!

I use this everyday for my skin. My skin is very sensitive and will break out . This is very gentle on my skin . Will definitely buy again!!

I am very sensitive to products. Certain ingredients or fragrances can break me out on my arms or legs. While this product has masking fragrance. It is the best bar soap I have ever used. Far better than cerave’s bar soaps. I use this on sensitive parts as well, and there has not been any issue. It is not a drying soap at all and it really smells like nothing.

Great cleanser and gentle on the skin. Does not dry out the skin nor irritate it. Have been using it for years.

This product is the only soap that I use. It has really helped to clear out my acne. I would definitely recommend if you have oily skin or acne. It doesnt have a strong smell either.

Best for dry skin and recommended by my dermatologist.
