This is a very cute changing pad cover. It’s a very vibrant purple and has elastic. The fabric feels a bit silky.

These are wonderful! Very soft, easy to clean and fit the pad perfectly. I was skeptical at the fuzzy material for a changing pad cover, but my baby loves it and its soft and warm! Washed easily and durably made. Five stars!
